Clients reviews about DHL Express Service Point

Absolutely phenomenal service by their staff named Claire. She was very accommodating and patient with all my questions. She responds very speedily and was very reliable. I was a first time customer that’s why I needed to ask a lot of questions so her patience was really appreciated. I highly highly recommend Speedbox especially with the quality of service they provide through people like Claire. :) ~ Mei M

FYI. for all client sending Balikbayan box from Singapore to Philippines, you’re using sea cargo means sea shipments (months)not air cargo so PLEASE don’t anyhow review and complaint here cos this is DHL means air freight. You can check Speedbox on Facebook if you have issues not here. Fact check first don’t anyhow okay!! You can do review here if you’re sending via airfreight!!!! ~ Claire Y

Clare at DHL Speedbox has been so refreshingly helpful and kind with helping me to get my parcel to London in the quickest time! And she confirmed that my package could arrive to London in 2 days time!!!! Compared to the 5-8 days at Singpost!!! It’s also cheaper here at DHL. Look no further for all packages fast and reliable - SPEEDBOX at lucky plaza. Thank you so much Clare! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 ~ Josephine L

Recently sent some official documents with DHL abroad, and the lady was very helpful in ensuring all the details I placed was correct. Rather pricey, but as what I had to send was urgent and in this particular case, the option to use SingPost was out, it was fine as the items arrived quickly. My experience here was positive. ~ Solomon

Ordered a box (went to their Orchard office on 9 Nov, they promised that the box will be delivered before Christmas). The box was taken from our place in SG in 13 Nov. It arrived in the PH in 14 Dec! This is despite the pandemic and multiple typhoons, so it's efficient and fast. ~ Anna C
