And she confirmed that my package could arrive to London in 2 days time!!!! Compared to the 5-8 days at Singpost!!! It’s also cheaper here at DHL. Recently sent some official documents with DHL abroad, and the lady was very helpful in ensuring all the details I placed was correct. Rather pricey, but as what I had to send was urgent and in this particular case, the option to use SingPost was out, it was fine as the items arrived quickly. Ordered a box (went to their Orchard office on 9 Nov, they promised that the box will be delivered before Christmas). The box was taken from our place in SG in 13 Nov. It arrived in the PH in 14 Dec! This is despite the pandemic and multiple typhoons, so it's efficient and fast. ~ Anna C
